Dragana Mirkovic came to Sofia upon Slavi Trifonov’s special invitation. The famous singer embraced with enthusiasm the idea to be Slavi’s special guest and came to Sofia in her own car, driven by her ‘chauffeur’ / her husband/. In the late 80-ies and the beginning of the 90-ies Bulgaria was obsessed by Serbian folk music. Dragana’s posters were everywhere from the children’s rooms and country pubs to the cabins of the bus drivers. During this period the Bulgarian pop songs, based on folk motives were forbidden and the Serbian folk music was a kind of substitute for the necessities of the late-socialist Bulgarian lifestyle. It was not by chance that Dragana Mirkovic was a real star in former Yugoslavia and in Bulgaria, as well. People liked her music very much and for the male part of her fans Dragana was not only an excellent singer but also the woman of their dreams. In those years the word sex symbol would have sound strange, but from today’s perspective Dragana was exactly a Balkan sex symbol, maybe one of the first forerunners of the South-Eastern European sex revolution.

Dragana appeared in front of Slavi in a wonderful Viennese dress that she had bought especially for the occasion. The Serbian singer said how happy she was about being so popular in Bulgaria. She stayed at the Sheraton Hotel and did not hide the fact that her husband gave her as a present for the birth of their second baby a brand new Lamborghini.

Having in mind this fact we think that she would not mind having another baby…
